Talking & Thinking About Refugees

South African classrooms lacked sufficient resources to effectively educate students about the challenges faced by refugees within their own country. With students participating in the photography, careful consideration was given to ensure that political refugees remained unidentifiable and that their dignity was pre- served at all times.

Africa Photo Book

I created Africa, a black-and-white photography book made up of images I captured across South Africa, Kenya, Tanzania, Namibia and Botswana over three years. The book is more than a collection of wildlife photography; it's a quiet confrontation with the wild, with stillness, and with self.

CafeSmart Rebrand

CafeSmart is a national campaign run by StreetSmart Australia, mobilising cafés, customers, and roasters to take collective action against homelessness. The campaign needed a bold, cohesive brand that would stand out in hospitality environments while also being flexible and easy to roll out across digital and print platforms.

Homelessness Advocacy

StreetSmart's original donation page provided key functionality, but lacked the emotional pull and frictionless UX expected in high-performing ad-driven campaigns. As part of a conversion-focused strategy, I designed a standalone landing page tailored to Meta and Google Ads audiences. This version was separate from the core site and served as a fast-loading, high-impact conversion funnel, where visual storytelling, hierarchy, and user trust were prioritised.

Three2Six Rebrand

Before this logo was developed, the Three2Six project lacked a visual identity that truly reflected who it was for and where it was based. The name alone, while meaningful in context (3PM to 6PM educational support hours), offered little to no visual or emotional connection to the communities it served.

Polaris Learning Ecosystem

Marcellin College sought to transition from a traditional timetable and curriculum model to a future-focused learning framework called Polaris, a digital-first ecosystem that would marry Marist values with personalised learning, agile pedagogy, and a supportive school culture. The goal was to craft a modular, visually engaging document that communicates the new educational vision to students, parents, staff, and external partners.
